Plans changed? Here's how to cancel your order and what to expect.
Free Cancellation Window
You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet been purchased from the retailer. After 2 hours or once the purchase process begins, a cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellation by Stage
Refund amount depends on when you cancel.
If you cancel before we have purchased the item from the retailer, you receive a full refund with no fees.
Processed within 24 hours
If the item has been purchased but not yet shipped, a cancellation fee of 5% may apply to cover transaction costs.
Processed within 3–5 business days
Once the item has shipped from our warehouse, cancellation is no longer available. You can return the item once delivered instead.

How to Cancel
Online (Recommended)
Sign in to your Landa account, go to My Orders, select the order, and click “Cancel Order.” If the item hasn't been purchased yet, cancellation is instant.
Via Phone or Email
Call us at 09160409809 or email info@landaa.xyz with your order number. Our team will process the cancellation during business hours (9am–6pm WAT, Mon–Fri).
Via WhatsApp
Send a message to our WhatsApp support line with your order number and reason for cancellation. We'll confirm within 2 hours during business hours.
Important Notes
- • Orders placed during flash sales or promotional events are subject to the same cancellation policy.
- • Partial cancellations (removing items from a multi-item order) are supported if the remaining items meet the minimum order value.
- • Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 3–10 additional business days to appear in your account.
- • Landa reserves the right to cancel orders that are suspected of fraudulent activity. Full refunds are issued in these cases.
