Package arrives at our warehouse
Your package arrives at our US warehouse and is immediately shipped to its destination.
Shipped to Nigeria
We handle customs clearance and ship to your address via our logistics partners.
Delivered to your door
Track your package in real-time and receive delivery at your specified address.

Important Information
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria plus the FCT. Delivery to remote areas may take 1–3 additional business days. International delivery to other African countries is coming soon.
Customs & Duties
All customs duties and import fees are included in your checkout price. There are no hidden charges — what you pay at checkout is the final price. We handle all customs clearance paperwork on your behalf.
Tracking
Once your item ships from our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order in real-time from your Landa dashboard under “My Orders.”
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our logistics partner will attempt redelivery at no extra cost within 3 business days. If redelivery fails, please contact us to arrange a pickup or re-route.
