14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns requested after 14 days may still be considered on a case-by-case basis.

- Items received damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item significantly different from listing description
- Item not as described by the seller

- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items without original packaging (unless defective)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital products or software licenses
- Items marked as final sale

Submit a return request
Day 1Log into your Landa account, go to My Orders, and select the item you want to return.
Return reviewed
1–2 daysOur team reviews your request and sends return instructions if approved.
Ship the item back
Within 7 daysUse our prepaid return label to send the item back to our warehouse.
Refund processed
5–10 daysOnce we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed to your original payment method.
Refund Methods
Original Payment Method
Refunds are credited back to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Bank transfers may take 3–5 additional business days to reflect.
Landa Store Credit
If you prefer, you can opt for store credit which is applied instantly and can be used on any future purchase. Store credit does not expire.
Received a Damaged Item?
If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund. Do not discard the original packaging — our logistics team may need to inspect it.
