1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Landa's website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Lander Global Ltd ("Landa," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Landa is a cross-border gadget concierge service that helps customers in Nigeria purchase products from international retailers (including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, and other US-based platforms). Our services include:

• Browsing and searching products from international retailers
• Purchasing items on your behalf from verified sellers
• Consolidating and shipping items to your Nigerian address
• Providing real-time order tracking and delivery updates
• Handling customs clearance and import duties

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age to create an account

4. Orders and Purchases

When you place an order through Landa, you are requesting that we purchase an item on your behalf from a third-party retailer. Please note:

• All orders are subject to product availability at the time of purchase
• Prices shown are estimates and may vary slightly based on exchange rates and retailer pricing at the time of purchase
• We will notify you before processing your order if the price differs by more than 5% from the quoted amount
• Landa acts as your purchasing agent and is not the seller of the products
• All sales are final once the item has been shipped from our warehouse

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Platform are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. The total cost of your order includes:

• Product price (as quoted at the time of order)
• International shipping fees
• Customs duties and import taxes (estimated and included at checkout)
• Landa service fee
• Payment processing fees

Payment must be made in full before we process your order. We accept bank transfers, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times depend on:

• Retailer processing time
• International transit time
• Customs clearance processing
• Local delivery logistics in Nigeria

Landa is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carrier issues, or force majeure events. However, we will always work to resolve any delivery issues promptly.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our return and refund policy allows returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent our purchasing limits or security measures
• Provide false or misleading information in orders
• Purchase prohibited, restricted, or dangerous items
• Resell items purchased through Landa for commercial purposes without authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lander Global Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Landa shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the specific order in question
• Delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos State, Nigeria. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

12. Changes to Terms

Landa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
